The primary support method for MultiPing is online; either via our help documentation, or by emailing us with questions.

The MultiPing product manual is also available via the Help menu in MultiPing ("Help" -> "Contents").

Lost your license key?

The best way to retrieve your license key is via the Account Page. All you'll need is your email address and password (if you don't have a password, you'll have an option to set one up) - and you can see all of your purchased license keys in one place!

If for some reason you can't access your account page (if the email address you used to purchase has changed) - please email us at codes@pingman.com and we'll be happy to help out.

Dowload the Latest

If you find a problem with MultiPing that isn't addressed in the documentation, the first thing you should do is make sure you have the latest version.

Helpful information to include in your email:

  • Operating system version
  • Version of MultiPing
  • Info on any firewalls, virus software, or special configurations you may have
  • Any relevant .PP2 files (if you're asking for our advice)
  • A brief description of your issue/situation
